« Das Haus ist in einem modernen Zustand. Alles nötige ist vorhanden. Der Check In klappte sehr gut und die Besitzer waren sehr hilfreich. Alles sehr zu empfehlen. Nur eines störte ein bisschen. Wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte, gerne mal ein bisschen länger schlafen möchte, ist das hier zur Zeit leider nicht möglich. Natürlich kann hier nichts der Hausbesitzer etwas dafür, aber die Air Base der Amerikaner hat zur Zeit enormen Flugverkehr.Die Basis liegt in unmittelbare Nähe und die Flieger kommen...

"2eme séjour au Chateau d'Urspelt et je vous avoue avoir cette fois un petit qqch à redire. Chambre magnifique, propreté irréprochable. Par contre niveau service y a à redire. Alors que nous mangions à 14h une planche à partager, le garçon est venu nous débarrasser alors que nous n'avions pas fini notre repas. Nous lui avons fait la remarque il était confus et s'est excusé, il était distrait. Au repas du soir, nous avons pris le Menu à 55 euros 2 services Plat et dessert. Lors de la remise des cartes il nous est remis une carte suggestions, une carte normale reprenant les menus et boissons. Lors de l'addition grosse surprise, je constate 2 Menus à 55 euros et nos apéritifs ( jusque là tout est OK ) et ensuite un supplément de 35 euros. Lorsque je demande au garçon, il m'informe que le plat choisi indiquait ( sur la carte suggestions ) +35 euros. Certes mais ce montant correspondait pour moi au prix du plat de non un supplément au tarif du Menu. Interpellé par sa réponse, je lui ai alors demandé comment il calculait le repas si le client ne prenait pas de Menu mais à la carte. Il ne savait pas quoi répondre, j'ai abandonné pour ne pas faire d'histoire pour 35 euros mais payer un Menu 55 euros + 35 euros de supplément pour un Filet de veau et un Moelleux chocolat je trouve cela très cher. Habitué des restaurants Gastronomiques je n'ai jamais vu un tel prix pour ce genre de Menu. Ceci dit c'était très bon, heureusement à ce prix là "

"Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel avec mon compagnon. Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Chambre dont le style est d’une autre époque, particulier mais bien agencé. Chambre propre, lieu inspirant le calme. Terrasse agréable, un atout pour la chambre. Literie super, confortable. Cependant, nous ne mettrons pas une note plus élevée pour plusieurs raisons: 1) À notre réservation, l’hôtel nous prévient qu’un mariage a lieu au même moment que notre séjour. Ils mentionnent que des mariages ont lieu régulièrement chez eux, que les clients ne se plaignent généralement pas du bruit et qu’ils feront le nécessaire afin que notre chambre soit à l’opposé de la salle de réception. Nous avons donc été assez surpris d’avoir eu une chambre, certes au 4e étage, mais juste au dessus de la salle de réception. Nous avons entendu la musique et les basses toute la nuit (le bruit venait par la cage d’escalier). 2) Nous avons été assez surpris lorsque nous avons découvert le wellness. La piscine a été vidée et convertie en zone de détente avec des chaises longues dans le fond. Et mis à part le sauna, le hammam et les chaises chauffantes, il n’y avait pas grand chose d’autre. Même si certaines installations fonctionnent, nous avons été super déçus par les infrastructures. 3) Le petit déjeuner a emporter à 15€, beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu’on reçoit.. En bref, hôtel ok, chambre confortable, mais ne vaut pas vraiment son prix à notre sens"
