Det så kallade Spa som ska finnas består av ett rum med några solstolar o bastu, för att nå poolen är man tvungen att ta sig ner för en spiraltrappa, ingen annan entre finns. Ansvarig på plats anser inte att detta är ett problem och säger sig aldrig ha fått något klagomål från gäster. Hotellets s.k. Spa är ett skämt! Frukosten är högst medioker. Otrevligt bemötande vid klagomål! Helaas op de kamer geen waterkoker. Kamer erg schoon maar simpel. Zwembad tot 7 uur savonds geopend dus in verband met diner geen gebruik van kunnen maken. Bij het uitchecken is er nergens personeel aanwezig bij de balie.
