« We needed to book at trip at the last minute (2 days before, with dogs) and was very happy to find this available! The unit was just as expected and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. The location is walking distance to downtown Yorkeville (great food/bars, walking, etc) but also a park 2 blocks in the other direction so the dogs were very happy. « Beautiful scenic view of the river. First time fishing for my son, who absolutely adored it! Thank you for the host for being so generous and letting us borrow his fishing supplies. Neighbors were nice. The state park was fun to visit too. We grilled, made s'mores, relaxed, and had an amazing long weekend. Would highly recommend. »

« We were disappointed in this unit. This is a very old building that needs a lot of work. The windows are filthy. The front door mats are bunched up in a pile on the front stoop. The ‘movie themed’ decor was chinsy at best. The parking area is filled with garbage, broken cinder blocks, a tire, and a junked car. There weee old shoes on balcony. From the moment we walked in it smelled terrible, almost like a skunk smell. « Cute older home. New furniture and bedding. The home is older but is clean and spacious. Carpet is a little stained but there is a sign asking for no shoes on carpet so I feel like they are trying to keep it. Anything we messaged the host about they were prompt on replying. The parking is not for larger vehicles, it’s a narrow entry to the parking area. Very quiet little neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. »
