"This was a full 2 bedroom condo unit. It was more than what we needed for 2 travelers but the stretch out room was great. Very clean and quiet. The primary bath had a huge shower (about 4' x 6'). Lots of amenities available like indoor pool (outdoor pool was closed for season) tennis courts, bicycles available, playground. It seems each unit has a large deck or patio with seating. No on site restaurant but full kitchen in unit with pans and utensils. Lots of dining options nearby including Al Johnsons and Wild Tomato within walking distance as well as a Piggle Wiggly supermarket a few blocks away. On the edge of Sister Bay but still a very quiet area. It was a little more cost per night than we usually spend but still a great value, especially if you have a larger group."

"The Country House Resort is a well maintained outstanding property! The room was large, clean, beds very comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful! The luxurious robe was much appreciated when we went to the hot tub but unfortunately the outdoor pool was all ready closed for the season. The breakfast was tasty with a good variety to choose from and included which was a nice surprise. I would definitely stay there again."

"The staff and room cleanliness couldn't have been better. It is an older Inn but maintained well. The location to downtown Sister Bay was good (< 1 mile). One of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed at. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. Would definitely stay there again."

"Comfortable and clean. Did wish there were luggage racks available as it was tight in the bedrooms, but overall it was a pleasant place to stay and very well located with no worries about parking!"

"Great location. We were able to easily walk to the beach and restaurants in Sister Bay. Our place was equipped with everything we needed. From logs for the backyard fire to bicycles to roam around town. We enjoyed our stay!"

"I highly recommend 101 in downtown Sister Bay and plan to book our trip here again. The booking, check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The host was so responsive to my questions and extremely organized. There are printed lists of where to find items and a binder with every detail you could ever need. (Thank you!). The unit was extremely clean and had luxury items for the guests. I also appreciated that the unit was pet friendly and allowed us to bring our dog. (She is a family member.) We look forward to coming back next year! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. The host is very responsive and the location is outstanding if you want to be close to the center of the town. The kitchen is the best equipped I have seen in any rental I have had. The bathroom towels and soaps are also well above average. The outdoor sitting areas and fireplace were peaceful and quiet (except the a/c fan from the store during working hours). Very comfortable. I am pained to give it 4 rather than 5 stars and would have given it 4.5 if possible. The significant shortcoming for me was the softness of the beds. I recognize that everyone has different bedding preferences, but unfortunately for me, a soft mattress (without a box spring or something similar) always messes up my back. The other guests found the mattresses soft, but acceptable. I ended up sleeping on the pull-out bed the last night because it was firmer. All other aspects were outstanding though!"
