"The young lady at the front desk was super kind and understanding. I booked for two nights due to heavy flight cancellations at Ft Lauderdale airport March 16th 2026. From previous reviews we choose two rooms for the two nights we were to be in Ft. Lauderdale. Took arrival at the rooms it just didn’t seem right but we tried to work it out because everything near and far was sold out. But after that first night I couldn’t do it or anyone in my party the rooms had a horrible smell the beds we damped but the bathrooms is what took the cake the tubs were HORRIBLE hair everywhere toilet in one room of the two wasn’t working at all and the tub is indescribable. We checked out the sweet lady at the front desk mentioned that her and another person had just taken over the property and was trying to get it up to standards I was very understanding and not mad with her at all because you do get what you pay for but this was something different. We got our refund receipt papers and parted ways. Until they get everything remodeled and updated I do not recommend we all slept with our clothes on and on top of the sheets"

"The Property was littered with cigarette butts , over 1000 in the back by the pool There were ants in the refrigeration cabinet . The curtains were hanging down. The rugs in the hall were filthy. The Management is a Disgrace "

"The room was pretty dirty and extremely old. Curtains didn’t close all the way. Stains all over the ceilings and walls. It smelled like wet dog. But the bed was pretty comfortable. We were afraid to touch anything. Took the dirty comforters off and just put them in the corner. Anyway, it served its purpose for a few hours sleep. And it was very cheap so what did I expect, right? Oh, the barking dogs we could hear all night long were an added bonus..not!! Bring slippers so your feet don’t touch the damp carpet! "

"We had 3 families come down to stay over Spring Break & the location was perfect for our setup. We had 3 pre-teen girls & a 3 year old boy and they loved the pool, hot-tub, movie theater, basketball court, tennis court etc. This was a perfect set up for a multi-family vacation! "

"This rental was absolutely perfect for my family and what we needed. Communication with the host was phenomenal for a few little details we had questions about. The home itself is extremely clean. So many little details are available for guests that show there is love and care put into making us feel welcome. "
