Room and bed were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was good but the bathtub was a bit updated. Front staff at check in was not very friendly but no big deal. Check out was friendly and fast enough.

I knew we were arriving very late and I called 13 times over the course of 4 hours and they just let the phone ring off the hook. Also the complimentary breakfast was disappointing to my family

Reserved 2 queen bed room. At registration the guy at the desk appeared new want sure how to work computer to search reservation, so what seemed to be a manager came out of the back and helped him. There was nobody else in line and took about 25 minutes to get room key, also on the paperwork it said 2 double beds. I let him know double beds are smaller than queens and the manager said not in hotels they are the same. Now i carry a tape measure in my truck i checked 54", the next night stayed at different hotel with queen beds measured and sure enough 60". Just supply the service that was paid for, don't make up info just to get someone to quit talking. Disappointing stay.
