The home was very clean, nicely furnished and really enjoyed the fireplace. TV’s had all kinds of Apps loaded and Direct TV so finding college and NFL games was easy. Hot tub was used each day and the backyard has Edison lights always keeping yard well lit. We brought our two small dogs and they loved looking out the windows watching all the pet owners walking by with their dogs. Large kitchen area was very well stocked with coffee and owner had local bakery cookies out for our arrival. Son got engaged on the trip and owner was extremely accommodating and had bottle of champagne for the big event! The location is ideal for walking down to King Street shops and restaurants. Easy to drive into DC as well. I’ll definitely look at staying here again when we are in town visiting. You won’t have any regrets staying here. ##### Mark P. The communication with the owner was prompt, informational, and courteous. The home was clean, modern, and inviting. There were many amenities that aren’t commonly provided in rentals. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the top of King Street, where there are many shops and restaurants. There is also the free trolley that goes to the waterfront if you don’t want to walk. The King St Metro was about a 15 minute walk and the Blue Line took us right to Arlington Cemetery and the Smithsonian. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here! ##### meg g.
