"Terrible marketing. The plot we booked was clearly what the site describe as a Deluxe plot, however what we were allocated by hoeseasons was a gold plot- no veranda, no grassy patch for the children and a sheer drop out of the patio doors to a wooded gravel area. This is far from what the pictures describe. Feel incredibly frustrated and disappointed to have been issued with a plot that is quite simply not what we booked. I have raised a complaint and would like a review of this along with...
