"I like the simply check in process since I had been on road all day & just needed to sleep. Mattress & linens were clean & comfortable. It is a vintage roadside motel that has had a rehab to spruce things up just enough. I'm sure more rehab with new flooring (carpet had stains) & upgrade on sink area would make this a five star. As a female solo.traveler, I would appreciate a swing latch secure lock on door - existing door lock was very loose."

"The pool was getting cleaned when I arrived and I asked if it would open at all during my stay. They said yes, in about an hour, they actually called my room to let me know that it was ready. I thought that was very thoughtful!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Painted Prairie - Vineyard! It was very comfortable, spacious, clean and well organized. The view was beautiful! We had fun at the wine tasting and very much enjoyed both the Private Chef Experience/dinner and brunch - the meals were amazing and the service was exceptional. We plan to return!"

"Room was clean, Bed wasn't horrible, area was easy to get around, Walls are paper thin, could hear people above me, next to me and walking the halls like door was open. TV didn't work and fridge didn't get cold after 5 hours, Other than those few little things it wasn't horrible, I've stayed at worse for a lot more."
