"Room was very clean and the bed/pillow was comfortable. A very pleasant stay on our final night in Switzerland. Breakfast buffet could have been better."

"A hotel conveniently located 5 minutes from Zurich Airport. Facilities are well maintained. People at front desk are very nice and helpful. We had some issues with our lugage and they gave us dental kits. We could not use the airport shuttle because a delay on our flight (shuttle runs until 23:10 and we arrived at 23:30), bit we called the front desk and they gave us indications on how to use public transport to reach the hotel."

"The hotel is conveniently connected to the airport so we had easy access to the train station, restaurants and shopping. This was the first time I was able to take advantage of my Platinum status with Hotels.com and get a room upgrade. We were unable to access the guest WiFi in our room (6th floor) so receptionist gave us “their” secured WiFi. This was not much better. We requested another room and were given one on the 6th floor. "
