« Beautiful neighborhood! Lovely surroundings, close to campus. Walk to breakfasts!! We didn’t like being in the back of the house; very dark, very tired, clean but overpriced. »

« The unit itself is a 5 star experience but the parking situation is inconvenient. A narrow singular access point to reach the rear parking creates a gridlock when the other unit's guests block access. Having to go knock and ask them to move their cars became a nuisance. Otherwise the neighborhood is quiet, unit is spotless and close to UF. »

« host was very welcoming and very communicative! i appreciated how much he reached out in the event i needed anything. i just wish the place was a bit more clean. the linens that we used felt very felt clean, but the environment could have been better. there was visible dirt and things around that didn’t make the space feel as nice. other than that, i really liked the host and the location is awesome. »

« Peeling paint, ferral cats on stairs, no washcloths. Dead cockroaches on the floor.Looks ok from afar but not great on closer inspection. Close to hospital is reason i took this. Revommend find something else. »
