  • The Hawaiian Princess is a condominium complex located 30 miles from the airport and about 45 minutes from the crowds of Waikiki .This Slice of Paradise is situated on a beautiful 1/2 mile quiet , natural sand beach. There is great snorkeling and breathtaking ocean and sunset views.
    To see a 360° virtual picture tour of the condo , go to the photos and click virtual tour., there is also a video of the condo and ocean views.
    This air conditioned vacation rental is a spacious 850 ft.² interior and 400 ft.² of lanai (1,250 sq ft) 1 bedroom and 1.5 bath corner unit and sleeps up to 4 adults.
    The kitchen has been recently remodeled with all new cabinets and new quartz top countertop.
    The bedroom has a pillow top king bed and its own full bath with walk in shower and walk in closet. There is also a separate guest half bath. A comfortable queen pull out sofa bed is in the living room overlooking the ocean.
    You can see and hear the ocean from every room including the bedroom! (Unlike the inside units and surrounding area condos)
    The condo is a corner unit with unobstructed panoramic ocean views in all directions.. It is air conditioned and is fully equipped with all kitchen supplies, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer , towels , linens and beach supplies. Free wireless internet access is available inside the unit.
    The complex includes free secure parking, 24 hour/day
    security, a pool, jacuzzi , gas BBQs, and tennis/pickle ball court.

    Nearby are public golf courses, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, dolphin watching tours, grocery store, local shopping and local casual dining restaurants.

    This is the most affordable corner unit available. It has panoramic ocean views and you can see and hear the ocean from all the rooms including the bedroom! (Unlike the inside units). This unit is almost twice the size as the inside units and as the units in the adjacent condos (the Cabanas), and includes 400 sq ft of lanai space.

Arrival details made getting in the condo very easy, even during the evening hours. Condo and parking is secure with a guard also on property. The owner contacted me upon arrival and was eager to help if needed. There was no reason for assistance. Condo has great views of the ocean and beach was great. We had a magnificent nine days.

Great getaway

We had a great stay at this condo. The condo is exactly as pictured/ described. Well stocked kitchen and beach gear. The multiple sliding doors were wonderful for letting the breeze in so much we never had to use the AC. Would stay here again.

Beautiful condo! Had everything we needed for a great stay including beach gear and boardgames. The view was incredible and the beach was practically private. The location is out of the way, which is what we expected. Having the added lanai space of this corner unit made a huge difference. We saw sea turtles every morning!

Excellent condo with a million dollar ocean view! The unit is quite spacious, has a large balcony and an updated kitchen. Clean and safe grounds with friendly security staff in the lobby. Great find!

This was a beautiful place to stay. Amazing sunset view. Quit and away from all the big city life, but also close to the city if that’s your thing. Very nice beaches. I Loved my time here. 30th Anniversary!

We absolutely loved staying here! The turtles, the whales, the sunsets! The unit was very clean and spacious. It is close to places to eat and shop, but if you’re looking to be in the heart of Waikiki you will need to drive. We didn’t mind being farther away as it gave us opportunities to explore. We will definitely be staying here again. Mahalo!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The view is picturesque, and the condo was perfect for our needs! It had everything (and more). Absolutely fantastic!

Our stay was fabulous...it was hard to leave! The vista is amazing and the balcony was our favorite place to be. The place was beach-ready for us to enjoy...beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc...it was all there for us to use. The condo was also very well set up for travelers. Fred was a great host and responded quickly to our inquiries (though not much guidance was needed as it was set up so well!) Fred was concerned about the construction bothering us, but it really didn't as we were at the beach during most of the day. Thank you Fred for opening your home!

Excellent family condo on an an amazing beach

Though the surrounding neighborhood is a little rough, the condo building and parking area is very safe. Key fobs for all entry and elevator access. Very kind people. The condo was very big and open with absolute amazing views of the beach. You can even look down and see turtles swimming along the shoreline. The owner was so easy to work with and always answered all my questions very quickly. The condo was exactly what pictured. It could use a little updating but it is the perfect beach getaway.

Perfect spot!

My wife and I spent nine days here, and loved this place. It overlooks a beautiful, small bay with a quiet sandy beach. The unit is clean, well-supplied and with a beautiful view (13th floor) with a large, private deck. It has air conditioning but we never used it. There is great flow-through ventilation of tropical breezes with the sound of ocean waves. We bought our food at a couple local, well-stocked markets. The place is very secure and quiet. The owner is one guy, not some company, and he is responsive, personable and reasonable to deal with. We plan to go again.

Beautiful Sunsets

We enjoyed staying right on the beach and enjoyed beautiful sunsets every day! Our condo was a corner unit so we had spectacular views from the lanai. A special treat was continually watching sea turtles from our deck swim along the beach and pop up out of the water for air. We were able to take some cute photos and video! We stayed until December 9th when the humpback whales were just starting to migrate into this area. Guests of this condo complex saw whales breach from their deck. This is a gated complex and the only negative is that there are no eating establishments within walking distance. It was a great place to stay!

Excellent spot to relax away from busyness of tourist zones

This condo is excellent- with great ocean, beach, and sunset views. We saw turtles, whales, and sharks from the lanai. We swam in the ocean and hung out at the pool - neither were crowded or busy. The condo was clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable - shower is great - lots of towels and linens - and beach chairs, umbrellas , and stuff. Everything that we needed and more in the kitchen. We relied on the lovely ocean breezes and did not need AC. We were very happy paying a more reasonable price for a condo that is a bit dated (has not been updated/renovated) - but excellent nonetheless. Loved wraparound lanai. Fred is a great host - very flexible and welcoming and accommodating. We highly recommend this condo and host!

Simply Paradise

Our stay at this location was amazing! The views of the ocean, beach and mountains are beautiful. I think it's the prettiest place we've ever been. The condo had everything we needed including towels, beach towels, beach toys, chairs, etc. The entire condo had air conditioning, which was great for the hotter days. The pool and hot tub were very nice to use when we needed a cool down from the sun and the beach. I was a bit worried about all the comments regarding the homeless around this area. We felt very safe and were never bothered by anyone even once. The west side of Oahu is magical and you would be missing out if you did not give this place a chance! Fred was amazing also and checked on us mid week to see if anything was needed. We had the best vacation and all had tears in our eyes leaving. Thank you for a great couple weeks!

Scenic relaxing ocean front gem!

We stayed over Christmas and New Year's. Everything was great! Fireworks on New Years was spectacular! Best we have ever seen on our many Hawaiian vacations! Sunsets every night. 2 fully breached whales and a couple of dolphins pods viewed right from the lanai. Everything we could need in the suite, in kitchen, plus books and games, and tonnes of beach things including coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, and much more!! Turtles galore swimming up and down the beach front. so cool!! The beach was beautiful sand and the bay was a perfect combination for everything from swimming to surfing, to simply strolling up the sand. Fred was amazing, and a fantastic host. Unbelievable View!

This condo had the most amazing views. The first day we were there we saw sea turtles. Plenty of coral for snorkeling. The sound of the ocean was beautiful as well as the beach area. It was almost like a private beach at times. There is everything you need in the condo from chairs to umbrellas to coolers to snorkeling equipment. The condo is very comfortable. You have gorgeous views from every room and the fact that it’s an end unit is a big advantage. There’s everything you need for cooking and even a few necessities in the pantry like salt and pepper and coffee.. The bed is very comfortable, and we had no problem with noise around the condo. If we are lucky enough to make it back to Hawaii, we would definitely stay here again! The owner was wonderful to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Can’t Beat the Sunsets!

We spent 5 nights in Fred’s condo and couldn’t have asked for more. We are an outdoorsy fairly active couple in our 60s that enjoy a quieter place to stay and this fit the bill. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The sunsets were AMAZING! my personal favorite part of our stay was the sound of neighbors blowing conch shells at sunset. Very magical. If you want to stay outside the touristy areas this place will work. The Beachhouse restaurant that Fred recommended is a fun place close by for dinner. And the beach in front and to the left of the restaurant is sweet and with calm waters. While we were visiting the surf was too rough for us in front of the condo. But it was fun watching boogie boarders ride the waves! And we saw turtles everyday. The locals we met were all wonderful. We were greeted as Auntie and Uncle on several occasions. The homelessness is hard to see but they keep to themselves. Thank you.

Great getaway

Nestled on the west side of Oahu, away from all the hustle and bustle of town. If your looking for a quiet getaway, this place is for you. Corner unit on the 13th floor. Amazing.!!!Very private, beautiful views of the beach,ocean and mountains. Unit is exactly as featured. Very clean , spacious and has everything you need. Owner Fred is easy to contact if needed.The staff and security very friendly as well. The property is very well maintained. There is also a BBQ area and pool. There is nearby activitys. Golfing at makaha valley country club, dolphin tours, popular beachs , makaha surfing beach and yokahama. Other nearby attractions is Koolina resort. Paradise luau ,shopping,restaurants , bars and lagoons, the famous Disney Aulani Hotel.Shopping malls are about 20 to 30 minutes away. There is Kapolei, which has retails stores,many restaurants and movie theatre. Also the new mall Kama kana Alii. Wet n Wild water park. My overall review for this condo unit is 5 stars and I would rent this unit again and recommend it.
