"Very friendly front desk staff. Shaun was especially kind to us during our check-in, and Carissa was great during check-out. Absolutely loved the suite we stayed in, having a kitchen was a great plus, I do wish however there were more kitchen cloths but it was no biggie without it. Just needs some updating as some parts are a little outdated, but it was very clean regardless! Location was 10/10! We were close to Ala Moana mall AND close to Waikiki strip, and close to the Hilton lagoon. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Hawaii, we enjoyed it a lot."

"Excellent for overnight in Honolulu, close enough for use to walk (about 20 minutes), staff were very friendly, there are some places behind the hotel for buying some basic food and drinks. The hotel is a little dated but that is OK with us."
