« We enjoyed staying 4 nights in this peaceful 80s retro house. Comfortable bed, very clean and tidy throughout and just a short walk to the river. Our small dogs were safe mooching in the large fenced garden. We all relaxed and enjoyed the sunshine. Thanks for making us all so welcome. »

« At the end of a 2km dirt road you’ll find this expansive property with modest (extremely comfortable) properties (miners cabins.) Our property had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very compact, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy, the bathroom was quite small, but our hosts had provided all the special touches. The highlight was what the sanctuary was all about…. they are an active rescue sanctuary for a wide range of animals....

« Beautiful outlook to The Lake. Advertised with heated pool, advised it wouldn’t be hot but in fact it was icy!! The kids enjoyed the activities provided eg soccer and pool tables. Table tennis table also, but we ran out of time to make use of that!! Neighbours were great. Overall a fun time was enjoyed »

« Stayed here for an extended 5 night, Anzac weekend, there was 8 of us in total and the property was perfect for us. While it could benefit from a few minor updates, the size of the property, location and amenities were fantastic and our crew thoroughly enjoyed our stay. »

« Delightful place to stay. There was a little welcome package of some wine and chocolates to greet us. The place was clean and well equipped with more than enough to keep us comfy. There was plenty of room for us and the kids, space for the dogs to run around outside, and a place to keep the boat. A house we’d like to go back to. »

« Beds were comfortable and place was well stocked with equipment and basic supplies except perhaps dishwasher tablets of which there were only three for a three night stay. As discussed with Kimberly during our stay, there was no set of instructions regarding appliances and TV operation. The instructions were clearly missing, but I do wonder why somebody would bother removing them? Suggest some form of simple battery operated light over the barbecue for evening use in the cooler months would be...
