« The rental is in a great location and was perfect for what we needed but there were a few cons. We have 7 people in the house & the host knew that, but provided 5 towels, 1 hand towel for 3 bathrooms to share & I think 4. These are very used/old/sad towels also. Another not so great thing was that there were only 2 coffee mugs in the whole house and no small spoons (only large serving spoons). »

« I am from Gastonia and many of my family members are still living there. When I come visit, I typically couch surf at a sibling’s home, but during the holidays everyone had a full house. I opted to rent a place for me, my husband, two children and two small dogs. This home was PERFECT! Walking distance to cute little boutique shops, bars, restaurants and breweries. This area is quickly up and coming and the home is beautiful. This is now going to be my home away from home when we come visit....

« We truly enjoyed this home; we had a minor problem locating the towels but after a little search we were able to retrieve them from the dryer. This did not take away from our experience at all. The kids enjoyed themselves and we definitely would stay here again if we are in the area. »

« Beautiful house in the woods. Only issues were some minor maintenance issues that we reported. Had they been able to be fixed, would have been perfect! Owner did respond quickly and they were things that could be overcome so we enjoyed our stay. Close to the state parks and trails. »
