"Pool was outdoors and not open for season. Outdoor area closed for private event. Staff was polite no complaints. Did have to ask for our complimentary cookie though. lol. Shower floor was very worn and looked dingy. Bathroom needed updates. But beds were comfy and overall room and public areas were clean. "

"Bugs on the walls, beds had dirty sheets, tub held water while showering, toliet had issues flushing, TV was a challenge to figure out. We left a day early. "

Host was quick to respond and accommodate any issue! We will definitely be staying here again, already booked for our next trip! "
