You will find an expansive bedroom with 2 twins, (these are stackable so there is actually 4 Twins if you unstack) a second refrigerator, large screen TV, foosball, and access to the pool deck- the size of this room makes for a very diverse space. The second bedroom on this level is a King with access to a Hall Bath & large screen TV. The second floor of this home has a gracious amount of living space including a spacious open concept floor plan with a dining table perfect for large meals, board games, or a puzzle. The pool is too shallow to swim but good for cooling off or playing games. We weren't able to bring our dogs but it is definitely dog friendly with a good fenced in area. There was more than adequate room for the six of us and could accommodate eight well but beyond that would be tight. The three bathrooms could be limiting depending on the composition of the group. There is a large dining table, outside grill, good size refrigerator. The general condition of the house is good but not luxurious. Though not on the beach, there is an open view of the ocean (direct access to beach walkway) and a view of the intracoastal waterway. The multiple outdoor seating areas made every time of day pleasant for relaxing. Great to have a pool, hot tub AND fenced yard for children and privacy. The updated kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (and more!) While an older home which could use a few updates, we found it to be perfect for our family of 5 adults, 2 toddlers and furry friends. It was just perfect. A close walk to the beach; swimming pool and hot tub; comfy beds; a well equipped kitchen; and plenty of refrigerator space (upstairs and down). Just perfect for all (from great grandma to 10 month old). The house was clean. The owners left us a gift basket and personal welcome note; very nice touches.
