« Nice large room and comfortable beds. »

« This was a somewhat disappointing stay. The room was never serviced, even though we stayed 4 nights. The shampoo, etc was barely enough for one guest. The closet was the smallest we had ever seen and our hangups on our own hangers couldn’t fit in the depth of the closest. Breakfast was OK, no bagels though and no change from day to day. »

« Poor service. When I checked in (upon arrival), the receptionist answered no fewer than four phone calls, leaving me waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes! »

« I called 1 week prior to our stay it was maybe our 3rd time at this property and we were there on a Wednesday in May it was not busy at all, I had asked for a quiet room away from elevator on the top floor when we got there they gave us a handicapped room next to from desk right by the elevator also cars park right up to the window I questioned the girl and she said they were full. I know that was not true, When you are driving 8 hour days and you are a Senior you really hope for a good nights...
