Was extremely upsetting to walk by the front desk from the 4th floor in all our swimwear and nobody say anything. »

« Upon arrival in the afternoon, the 1st floor hallway leading to my room reeked of an odor that I presume was of some type of cleaning agent/ chemical. The odor was also present in my room when I entered it the first time after arrival. I opened a window to air out the room. The room did not have a telephone. I reported it to the office.
