### Exklusives Trendiges Loft, Tolle Lage

Enjoy a stylish experience in this trendy and modern loft directly next to the subway (U3)! The loft, designed in an industrial style, is situated in a typical Viennese historic building from 1889 and was freshly renovated in 2022\. The apartment is located in the Viennese basement.  
  
Central location! In just 10 minutes, you can reach the city center (Stephansdom, Kärntnerstrasse, etc.) directly.  
  
Ideal for city trips, romantic getaways, or business trips!  
  
The accommodation includes:  
  
Free Wi-Fi  
Smart TV (usable with your own Netflix/Amazon Prime account, etc.)  
Fully equipped kitchen  
Nespresso coffee machine including welcome capsules  
The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The furnishings are new and of high quality - newly furnished in 2022\. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, various cooking utensils, etc.).  
  
You can rent a parking space in the underground garage if needed (€20/day). A deposit of €150 is required for the garage opener, which will be refunded to you, of course. Simply send a short message after booking to reserve :)  
  
For safety reasons, the windows of the apartment cannot be opened. There is a ventilation system that provides fresh air to the apartment.  
  
Access for guests  
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment including furnishings (everything you need for a relaxing stay). Self check-in is available!

Vienna was once again named the most livable city in 2023\. We are delighted to make your visit to Vienna with this wonderful apartment something truly special. The entire apartment including furnishings is at your disposal.

#### Loved it!

I stayed for 6 days with my two teens. Very pretty place, extremely well equipped. Location is optimal to discover Vienna. Host is friendly, professional and flexible. Would not want to stay anywhere else for my next visit.
