The building had a major waterleak and District Living make fake promises to put all occupants in the street, in the middle of the night. They did not care, nor had sufficient alternative accommodation, nor had any intention to compensate the people impacted. 4 weeks have passed the incident and they still not responded to emails. I would stay away from District Living and their management in future. Expedia on the other hand, had fantastic agents and were a true lifesaver. They offered excellent service and support. I highly recommend Expedia.

Forholdsvis stor lejlighed med fremragende udsigt. Upersonlig indretning. Beton og hvidt. Udmærket sted at bo, når man er på messe, og ikke skal opholde sig i lang tid i lejligheden. Der er meget fralægningsplads under vinduer. Rart med køleskab. Tæt på metro og busser. Flere restauranter i nærheden.

Very nice - I tend to avoid apartments and use ‘real’ hotels but this was a really decent stay. More space because it’s a one-bed apartment, but with a proper reception handling arrivals and checkouts. A bit out of the city but excellent for the underground just a few hundred metres away which went direct to most of the key spots.

Great apartment with reasonable price. Room cleaning once in three days, no fancy amenities. Although, the bathroom was stinky all the time, I was fairly satisfied with this venue. They cleaned up the room only on the third day and forgot to place new towels. That is the only complaint that I would make.

Very good stay for business, easy to reach the UN building, and ubahn is nearby direct to the city centre. The coffee bar is good and there is a hider nearby. The rooms are large and comfortable and well equipped. I would have liked some plastic containers for the microwave as it is difficult to use without them !!!

Clean and spacious apartments close to Vienna International Center and the metro. Great views of the Danube. The heating system can be insufficient when temperatures drop below zero. Be mindful of possible double charges.

Upon check in the staff was not very welcoming and barely spoke to me to give directions on anything to do with the hotel, had to figure out the heat on my own. Bathroom smelled disgusting. Water turns to scalding burning hot without warning and without changing the temperature. The heat wasn’t on when I arrived for the first night so it was freezing and is a tiny panel that doesn’t seem to keep the room warm enough (no option to adjust the heat either). Not an ideal location as cars can’t get to the door so if you have luggage it will be difficult if you’re dropped off in a taxi. Wind tunnel heading to the hotel as well made it uncomfortable to walk to and from the metro. Not a pleasant stay.

La chambre était très propre, la cuisine parfaitement équipée, l'emplacement est parfait pour un séjour de travail au VIC et le centre ville est rapidement accessible, la station de métro étant à 5min à pieds. Le personnel était aussi cordial et efficace.
