Great hotel, great rooms, great staff, lovely AC, parking and a perfect longer stay-over on our way to Venice. Right by a public pool, local Italian restaurants in a more recidential area. Short taxi or bus ride to town right in front of the hotel.

It was clean, staff was very nice and helpful with everything. Rooms were cleaned daily, which is good. The sockets in my room weren’t working on the first night, but they fixed it very quickly. The food options in the restaurant wasn’t too good but otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Hotel molto deludente… ho preso una stanza classificata Junior Suite ma non aveva nulla a che vedere paragonata ad altre stanze comfort base di altri alberghi… non ci siamo!! Nessun servizio come bollitore, macchina del caffè, ecc… acqua calda non funzionante segnalata al check out di cui erano al corrente del problema. Conclusione: tutto da sistemare… colazione pagata a parte e a dir poco deludente! Mi spiace… non è mia abitudine recensire in questo modo ma viaggiando parecchio mi accorgo che ci sono Hotel e… Hotel!!

The property had a very strong odor of cleaner or air freshener to mask the smell of animals. It reeked of a dirty dog kennel. The rooms were old and run down. We were promised that the rooms were thought cleaned to avoid pet allergies, not the case (2 of 4 rooms had to medicate due to allergies). The prepaid breakfast was also awful.

Hotel is nice with a good location to get a local bus straight into Verona. Staff really friendly. Breakfast really nice. Plenty of choice. Rooms cleaned regularly. Comfortable beds. Plenty of parking.
