"The apartment was satisfactory, was in a great location and our stay was quiet and event free. The only downside was the smell in the entire unit, of sewer gas, especially in the bathroom. Also, a light was burnt out in the bathroom, making it very dark. Otherwise, it was good for a night or two but probably not much longer."

"Found it very hard to get into property had to call operator a number of times for help, then could not get into flat again needed assistance. Flat door would not lock in the mornings as code would not work so had to take my luggage with me every morning, ( 3 days ) would not stay here again. "

"I arrived and the boiler was not working. They weren't able to help. (they don't have anybody on site of the property ever. I had to try myself.) I then had to wait for 5 DAYS expecting and being told each day that an engineer would come to fix it. Nobody ever came. Whilst I had to wait in the apartment throughout that time for somebody to come, expecting someone to. But they kept breaking their word. I've honestly never met a company less bothered about their property not having working heating...

"We can only comment on our room number 4. The room was very tired and we didn't like the carpets which were old patchy and sticky. Suggest changing them for wooden floors and rugs. The pull down bed was not that comfortable. The flow out of the shower was poor but water was hot.Everything listed in the room was there but would not say this was 4 star. However we enjoyed our stay."

"Sue is a lovely host, welcoming us, leaving cream tea and milk, and checking before we left if we were okay. Comfortable apartment, including the bed. Useful information in the folder and from Sue in person. Found the mats a bit of a hazard and the view was not what we expected from the description, but overall wethoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Stayed here with 16 members of the family, aged 10 months to over 70. Games room was perfect, very well stocked kitchen , bedrooms were good, in general the property needs a hug, tired in places. The beaches are accessible by only the sure footed, and we’re not suitable to sit on as there was evidence of rock falls.having said that the coastal walks were perfect"

"The Granary is quirky and very comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a self catering stay. The garden is just wonderful and the real highlight of our stay. Rebecca is a five star host and we can’t recommend her property highly enough. With a car or bicycles, it’s in an ideal location for exploring the island. Without, the buses are frequent, convenient and inexpensive."
