This apartment is furnished with designer furniture, modern-style paintings, and refined lighting given by large and bright arched windows with stunning views of Venice. The accommodation consists of a large living room furnished with a sofa and a fully equipped open kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, microwave oven, and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms, both with queen-size beds. The building does not have an elevator. Our guests will have additional amenities such as Free wifi, air conditioning, heating, television, and hairdryer. \* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m. \*Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay. We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with the locals. I messaged the host a couple of weeks before my trip to try and get some information and never got a response. The only time I received anything was for me to pay the city tax. Directions to the apartment weren't wonderful. When we got in, the apartment was not the same one advertised. The bathroom also smelled disgusting. They didn't leave any pods for the coffee machine. When I informed them of this, they actually responded and said they would try and have the cleaning crew leave some pods, which never happened. The only positive was air conditioning in each bedroom, however one of the air conditioners made a clicking noise all night long. ##### Miranda T. Ce n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce. Les photos de l’annonce sont très belles mais la réalité est bien différente ! L’usure et le manque d’entretien ont marqué cet appartement qui est mal équipé ( pas de verre à pied, pas de torchon, pas de bouilloire, pas de casserole…) le ménage laisse à désirer.
