A wonderful place to stay for a couple of nights in Venice before flying to Scotland. Also walkable to the Alilaguna stop to Marco Polo Airport! Very close to shops, restaurants, and attractions.
The Numa Forcola is in a great location in Venice. Close to all Tourist attractions.
The hotel is newly renovated including rooms. The staff friendly and helpful. Special mention of Serana, Front desk.
Breakfast at the Terrafirna Restaurant was excellent. All for a reasonable price
This is honestly such a lovely place to stay, the location is perfect. The rooms are so clean and modern. The shower pressure is amazing and the bed is really spacious. I couldn’t recommend this place enough to people who want a really great place to stay whilst in Venice!
Wonderful experience! My room was spotless and warm! The staff onsite was super friendly and gave me tons of great recommendations! I really enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to come back!

Lovely rooms design, location and workers. The whole hotel was very clean and well kept! Loved the free washing-machine and dryer!
Definately a place I felt at home at. Close to the main attractions and easy to reach from the station. A lot of nice spots for food and drinks around and conviniently located near the vaporetto stop of San Marcuola. We will definitely be back!
Beautiful room in a very popular Venice street!
Staff both onsite and through the chat was very kind and helpful!!
The room was clean and comfortable! Thank god heating was working perfectly because it was freezing outside!
Will definitely try Numa again soon!!
Everything was really nice, location is great, I had to catch a train early in the morning and it only took me 10 minutes to reach the station!
Room has coffee, tea and water provided. The Members treatment was especially nice and not expected!
They provide lockers if needed at arrival and check out so if you are in a hurry you can just drop them there for free and come back later, so convenient!

The actual stay was excellent, once we had accessed the property. Unfortunately Expedia do not allow other companies such as Numa to access their customers emails and mobiles. This was a problem because Numa send their access information, including codes to the property via WhatsApp. We turned up at the building unable to enter. Eventually, after excellent communication with Numa (and a helpful young couple!) we were able to access the property and had no further problems.
The property is right on the Main Street and a canal, so everything was nearby and the view from our balcony was amazing. It was very clean and extra towels, sheets etc were available as were lockers so we could leave our luggage after we had checked out. Numa were on hand 24/7 and always answered messages promptly. There were cooking and eating facilities if you wished to use them, in a communal area. This was always spotlessly clean.
We loved this apartment and would recommend it, it is traditional and an old building so if this is not your thing then this is not for you, but we loved it’s character and quirkiness.
We would certainly stay there again if we return to Venice,
Very clean, the chrome was shiny and the bathroom was spotless!
The staff at check in explained everything, we were only there for a night but it was very comfortable.

Disliked: Amenities
Room was tiny and poorly designed - tv block the pathway between bed and bathroom- bad bed and pillows horrible - noisy and buggy - couldn't wait to leave
This hotel was in a good area and convenient for exploring Venice. The room itself felt somewhat rundown and small, but was clean. We appreciated having laundry on-site!
Honestly wouldn’t stay there again. Felt like they just slapped a few renovations onto an old hostel from the 80s and then charged premium contemporary prices for it. It also said “breakfast included” as if you’re getting some breakfast as part of your expensive room, but there’s nothing. Just cartons of water and some tea and coffee in the room. Also the check in process ahead of time is very cumbersome and room an hour to scan all 4 passports and addresses in ahead of time to even get the PIN code to enter. I’d be fine with that if I’m getting a cheap hotel room as part of a great deal but when you’re spending 409 euros a night, you expect a bit more.
This is my second time staying at Numa in Venice as I liked it so much the first time. I like the location because it's a 15 minute walk from the train station with my luggage. The room was small but clean, modern with a small fridge which is so useful. There's a common area on the main floor of the building with a microwave and seating area. Coffee and tea are available in the room, and extra supplies are available on the main floor if needed. There's a lift so easy access to the room and key pad entry at entrance and to the room so no key to worry about.
We got a room with a balcony this time as it was my husband's first trip to Venice. It would have been nice to have a table and 2 chairs on the balcony so we could enjoy the space.
The staff is very friendly and we always felt secure. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This digital system gives you a code to use to enter the building and for your room. I am a solo female traveller and at 9:20pm A MAN ENTERED MY ROOM WITH THE CODE ACCESS! I am thankful he was just as scared as me and he quickly left. The digital system is flawed and the codes for the rooms SHOULD NOT WORK for more than one room. I tried to alert the hotel but I just got an automated response which was not helpful at all!!!
Tolle Lage. Gute Entscheidung!
