The hotel is so clean with beautiful view on the grand canal in the middle of the shopping areas and just 2 minutes walk from the main train station and walking distance from everything and like 25 minutes walk from the St. Marko (the main plaze). I really recomand the hotel to any one going there, even rooms prices are reasnoble.

This property is beautiful, well maintained and well staffed. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and most important in June, they have great air conditioning! The location was good, close to train station which is great as getting around with bags might otherwise be difficult. Our stay was too short but we enjoyed it greatly!

Easy and convenient right at the entrance to Venice. Less than 5 minutes from the train station, and just about a 10-minute walk if you arrive by taxi or bus from the airport. Good location to access the waterbus and train station. Reception staff very helpful and the hotel was very clean. Found the breakfast waitress a little rude as they didnt acknowledge you or really look at you if you moved out of the way to help them.

Hotel is in a great location, 2 minute walk from train station. Friendly staff at reception however the room was very dated.
