Very helpful staff, arranged water taxi to transport us directly from VCE airport to hotel. Marco took us to his restaurant for dinner. The hotel is situated 5-6 min from the Piazza San Marco, great location for shopping and dining.

A wonderful hotel in a great location! ❤️ The rooms are lovely, and the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. A special thank you for the thoughtful surprise for my mum’s 70th birthday, which made our stay even more special. 🥰 The breakfast is generous and delicious, served with great care and attention. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return! ❤️

The staff at the hotel were amazing. We loved the location and the quaint atmosphere. The carpet in our room was in need of a good clean or replacement. Breakfast was good and we even ate out beside the canal one morning.

We had a wonderful time in Bellagio and enjoyed our stay at Hotel Centrale. Mikele was so helpful and hospitable. He gave us great suggestions and he help us reserve a private boat tour, which was a great day. Location was perfect in the heart of Bellagio, walking distance to everything.

Loved the decor which looked just like the pictures. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We had an early checkout before breakfast and they made sure to give us some breakfast to take with us the night before. We had our welcome drink on the little outdoor overlook watching gondolas go by. Great central location!

We loved Hotel Becher! The location was perfect for rapid fire touring of Venice, as it was just a 5 minute walk from San Marco square. It is also steps from a quaint smaller square, but the name escapes me. It is located on a canal with a beautiful bridge adjacent to it. Our room had a small balcony to take advantage of the view. It is air conditioned, and it even kept pace with the extraordinary early August heatwave. The staff are unbelievably sweet and very attentive. Also, a delightful buffet breakfast is included in a charming little cafe on the bottom floor, with coffee drinks made to order. So pleased with our stay!

This hotel is a great find. It’s reasonably priced, has a wonderful staff and is located in a quiet street that somehow seems to be about 10 mins of leisurely walking to where most tours start. I really cannot overstate how helpful and friendly the staff is here. They arranged transfers and communicated the whole time to make sure we found our taxi from the airport. Very helpful.

Very friendly staff, helped arrange a private water taxi(speedboat) on arrival at the airport. Hotel perfect for what we needed. Especially loved the little patio on the decking where you could watch the gondaliers go by whilst enjoying a drink. Perfect location - approx 6-8min walk to the square in 1 direction, and the same distance to Rialto bridge in the other direction. Very nice restaurants just minutes away from hotel. We had a balcony room with a canal view. My husband loved opening the doors and hearing the sounds from the gondaliers drift up to the room. Was quite nice waking to the sounds of the serenades from the gondaliers. We had a lovely stay here and would stay again if ever returned to Venice
