Sleeping four and situated on the 2nd floor with lift (just above Ca’ Del Monastero 2), the apartment comprises a warm, welcoming and heavily beamed open-plan sitting/dining room - home to an L-shaped sofa and a dining suite seating four. Just to the side lies the fully-fitted and well-equipped kitchen/breakfast room with a table for two for ‘colazione per due’, while further along sits a bijou beamed twin bedroom with two single beds (1 a ‘pull-out’). Nous avons apprécié la décoration soignée, le confort, et l'équipement très complet. Le quartier est très calme, les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité. Vaporetto à 2 minutes. Cependant, l'immeuble récemment rénové mériterait une entrée un peu plus accueillante, en effet, tous les jours nous avons constaté que le stockage des poubelles se faisaient dans l'entrée de l'immeuble, ce qui est fort désagréable. Nous remercions l'équipe du gestionnaire d'avoir mandaté un technicien le jour même de notre appel pour un problème de bruit de vibrations du moteur de la climatisation générale de l'immeuble qui se ressentait dans la chambre principale et la salle de bain.
