It was very clean and had great views over Venice. We enjoyed our stay so much! The owner was very communicative and helpful. She asked if we wanted her to arrange a private boat transfer from the train station and arranged it all for us and gave so many details on where to meet etc. we also ended up asking advice for how to get to the airport and she was able to help us arrange transport for that as well but also provided the public transport options. FYI, there are about 15 stairs up from the elevator to the apt, in case mobility is an issue. Our kids had no issue with it, and many times raced up the stairs while we took the elevator. Following, we had a short 5-7 minute walk. - It's located right on the water, with a view of the canal from the master bedroom and then views to the west to northwest from the living room. The master bedroom was a favorite hangout to watch the traffic in the grand canal. - It was very, very comfortable with many rooms and three comfortable bedrooms. Very clean and very relaxing after long day of exploring Venice. - The staff was simply incredible in explaining everything and making sure we had everything we needed. The views from the apartment are breathtaking, right over the grand canal. The rooms are gorgeous, decorated impeccably. There was champagne, coffee, soaps , lotions, conditioners etc. and bathrooms were large and showers hot and strong. Beds firm. Best of all, Rachel, who welcomed us and took care of everything, was available 24/7 to help with any detail at all, from arranging tickets , taxis, reservations, babysitting. etc. And there was full English TV including Disney channel for the kids. We've stayed at the Ritz , four seasons and all the posh hotels and villa rentals around the world. This was in the top five ever. Can't recommend it more strongly. ##### Dylan S.
