« Feel as if we were put in a room that they started to convert into maybe a studio but never finished. The 2nd bed had been removed and was large open space with nothing. Only place to sit was one desk chair. I'm 5'4" and I had to jump up to get onto the bed which was rather strange. There were no USB ports to charge phones/laptops and my side of the bed did not have any outlets; my husbands side of the bed had an outlet that could be utilized but not convenient. « my room was super nice, recently remodeled and it was very roomy. The hallways and other parts could used some updating as well' My biggest complaint is no elevators. The elevators were damaged from the flooding that TOOK PLACE in MARCH!!! Over 3 months ago! There is no reason this shouldn't be fixed. I was on the top floor and it was a pain in the a$$. « Location for family reunion in Lake Mills was the only positive. Property was not well maintained. Bathroom floor was filthy. Hallways heavily scented. Room furniture in need of repair. Front desk clerk did not wear shoes. Difficulty communicating during checkout. Water had a terrible odor, specifically rusty, metallic smell. Purchased bottle water for washing face, brushing teeth, etc. »
