Close to hospital district, Green Acres and downtown dining. The house has been tastefully updated and decorated. Furnished with memory foam mattress , comfortable pillows and fresh soft linens. Comfortably sleeps 8 guests, king and queen size beds. This house also provides separate laundry area and fenced yard. The open concept layout allows for perfect interaction and gathering, dinning, lounging or watching the 70 smart TV This is a beautifully renovated home with an open concept theme. The house has large fence yard with a covered patio with seating. Guests have access to the whole house. Self check in. we are available for in person check- in if requested. Mature centrally located neighborhood. Close to hospital district, Green Acres church and downtown. Getting around is best done by personal car. Tyler does offer Uber and taxi service. Everything was better than described. The house was spacious, pristine and well stocked. The three bedrooms are huge! Gustavo was one of the most responsive hosts, replying immediately to any question i had. We are a multi-generational family that came from all corners of the country to Tyler to celebrate a family wedding. This was the perfect stay for such an event. My father uses a walker and the house was perfect for him getting around. The backyard was great for my active nephew.
