With over 25 years of experience, we take pleasure in welcoming guests back to Tybee, fostering memorable experiences for all who visit. Bright sunny 2nd floor condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths! The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom boasting a huge walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed while the third has a large day bed with a twin trundle bed. These 2 guests bedrooms share a second full bathroom. A fully stocked kitchen is separated from the spacious living room by a breakfast bar with seating for three, and a kitchen table with room for six! The living room and master bedroom has the added luxury of window seats from which to read a favorite book, or simply daydream while gazing out the window. Each bedroom is outfitted with a flat-screen TV, while the living area has both a flat-screen and a DVD player for cozy nights in. The large balcony is accessible from the living room and master bedroom, and the full-length sliding-glass doors allow the sunlight to stream in all day! This condo has a large balcony with a view of Center Street out to the beach boardwalk entrance. All of our condos have elevator access. Covered parking under the buildings is optional. This condo also offers washer and dryer, full kitchen with all full size appliances, linens, private WiFi connection, and cable. Beachside Colony Resort occupies an entire oceanfront block. The walk to the beach is super easy and the beach was not crowded at all. We loved the area we were in and it didn’t take us long to get to Savannah, about 15 mins. Parking was easy and elevator access was convenient. Condo was as pictured, decorated nice and the perfect size for our family. Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean. Bathrooms were very clean and the kitchen was clean minus some of the dishes. The gate code I was given was wrong but luckily someone at the pool let us in and gave us the right code. I’m sure that would have been straightened out if I would have had to ask the desk. The floor was pretty dirty when we arrived. My kids feet were black after about 5 minutes of taking their shoes off. The dishwasher did not work well, the dishes came out very dirty which is why I think some of the dishes in cabinets were dirty. The dryer took 2 hours per load to dry which was inconvenient with multiple families using it (yes we cleaned the lint trap).
