« This condo is absolutely beautiful and as advertised! Check in was flawlessly easy, there's plenty of parking (we had 3 vehicles for our 6 adults), the kitchen if fully stocked, the beds are super comfortable, AND I did not have to go shopping for more garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. We really appreciated the air conditioning after days of hiking. The pool room is expansive and comfortable with showers, a sauna, an indoor hot tub leading to an outdoor hot tub. We would love to stay...

« We had a wonderful weekend in Duluth! I grew up in Lakeside and love going back to spend time with family, enjoying some of the amazing things Duluth has to offer. We stayed at The Perch for the first time; I'll be sharing info about this awesome place with my extended family. It's clean, cute, and very comfortable. Jason and Jennifer as hosts are so kind, as well. This great spot is definitely on our list of places we'll look to stay at when we visit Duluth again. »

« This property was a lucky last minute find. Only 15 minutes from UMD, where my son attends. Can safely have windows open overnight and let the Lake Superior waves lull you to sleep. It is a basement apartment and home owners were not present, so I can’t speak on that. Very nice patio with grill as well as wood burning chiminea, both of which we used and enjoyed immensely. Thank you for sharing your property. »
