Getaway to a romantic cabin, Outdoor MOVIES, fireplace,Hot Tub,1 mile to town

"The cabin was wonderful. Unfortunately, the location is not good. It sits at the convergence of two roads. Not a "deal breaker", but just too bad, because it is a very cozy little cabin. Deserves a better spot. Additionally, there were no directions on how to work the TV which bummed us out, as we aren't good with the new technology. But I called for help and within the half hour a person came and talked us through the remotes and how to operate the TV. We loved exploring the Blue Ridge area. Wonderful place to visit. The mountain air is so fresh and invigorating. Great little shops in the town and the two wineries we visited were also lots of fun. Apple Orchard a fun experience too. Enjoyed use of the hot tub every day."

"Only problem I encountered was a line when trying to check in. Would also have been helpful to have the checkout process explained as I knew the check out time but that was all the info I was given. I was told by a very helpful security staff person that I needed to drop my room Keyes at the front desk... I would have checked at the the front desk but there was a big line the following evening(that I had no desire to stand in!)!!"

"Such a fantastic place to stay. We loved the amenities - especially the wood fireplace. The host was incredibly communicative and check-in and check-out could not have been smoother. It’s a very quiet area with a really easy drive to get to the house. A surprisingly useful amenity was the desk! I ended up bringing a little work with me and having a space to work with solid WiFi was very helpful. Highly recommend it for couples or small families looking for an affordable and cozy getaway near Ellijay. If you are a couple looking for a work-cation - this spot is perfect."

"The cabin was wonderful, we went for our tenth anniversary was joined by our kids and grandkids we all enjoyed the river with some fishing and tubing, the back porch with the fireplace and TV was amazing . Thinking about a return visit in the spring..thank you for sharing your cabin with us.."

"This cabin was very fun and well put together. It’s secluded so privacy is amazing. Some of the equipment was poor quality but very usable. The igloo is destroyed - broken plastic cover and broken plastic frame so the inside was all wet and that was not usable. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. It would sink and gave us a back ache. Everything else was excellent!"

"Very nice property. Clean and well designed. Everything worked, although we couldn't get ESPN on the main TV but could on all the others - strange. Firepit next to the river was great. A little noisy with Aska road across the river and also a restaurant (which had good food) but you got used to it pretty quickly. We would rent again."

"Ray was a good host, and we would stay there again The property was as described, and the host was very attentive with any problems we had. The road is a little steep and rough, but we had no problem with AWD. We did have a problem with the trash being scattered by bear so maybe a bear proof trashcan would help, also not all the jets seemed to be working on the hot tub but that didn't stop us from enjoying it."
