"Property is very large so accommodated our large group. Lots of deferred maintenance. Carpet stained, hvac vents were filthy. Pool was dirty and looked like filters hadn’t been cleaned in months. Lots of trash scattered around the property. Bathtub drain in the room I stayed in was backed up so the tub would fill immediately while taking a shower. Water just a trickle in the main master so plumbing needs to be addressed. Could be a great property but you can tell it’s been ignored for a long time."
