The location is in a beautiful community right on the best beach in Abaco. We met some terrific people from the other Villas that will hopefully become lifelong friends. "An awesome trip made even better by a great property. The location, property conditions (interior is essentially brand new), supplies and communication with the host made the trip easy. The house is a short walk (maybe 200 meters) from the pool and beach, and easy access to the other areas in Treasure Cay. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, comfortable furnishings, information about surrounding activities and the owner even had pool floats, tubes and snorkel equipment that could be used during the stay. Although we did not have any need for it, the house has a generator in case of power outages. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and was knowledgeable about the area. I would recommend, and the rest of the family already wants to return."

"A dream vacation. This house was perfect for our 2 family vacation of 8 people. The kids LOVED seeing all the wild life right off the dock, my daughter and I “biked in the Bahamas” each morning, the beach was PERFECT, and the host was very helpful. We felt extremely safe in the neighborhood. On mornings our kids were early risers before all the adults they would sit in the back porch to talk and watch the sunrise. It was precious. We can’t wait to plan another vacation here. "

"This property was exactly what we were looking for. Traveled with two teenage daughters for a relaxing spring break. This property did not disappoint. Plenty of space for them and each had their own bedroom. The condo has everything you need, the recommendation to stop at the grocery store near the airport by the owner was a great tip. We got everything we needed for the week. The stores near the condo are much more expensive so I would stock up. We did two excursions one fishing charter and one guided tour with a boat. Recommend both as there is not a lot to do on the island, getting to see the other islands was a lot of fun. I especially recommend going to see the stingrays and the turtles. Dinners at the resort were themed nightly and were very good. The beach was clean and not over crowded. We did rent a golf cart which I recommend doing if you want to go eat at the other two restaurants down the street. Sunset pizza was really good. I hope to return again and I will definitely be staying at this condo! Great views and very nice furnishing’s. "
