This bright and thoughtfully designed space offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway, with easy access to wineries, breweries, shopping, dining, and the waterfront. This studio can be reserved together with the townhouse upstairs to host a total of 10 people! We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs 50 lbs each are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and \`retired\` towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage. Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 9pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting. ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ The open studio layout includes a queen bed, a comfortable sofa, and a cozy living area. Families will appreciate the Pack ‘n Play, toys, and children’s games. Pet amenities are also provided! ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The full bathroom features a large walk in shower, oversized vanity, and quality fixtures. A full sized washer and dryer are located in the studio, and laundry supplies are included for guest use. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM ☆☆ The open kitchen and living area provide a welcoming space to cook, relax, and gather. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, microwave, deep sink, granite counters, and wraparound counter seating. It is fully stocked with a blender, toaster, and a dedicated coffee station. Children’s bowls, cups, utensils, and a high chair are provided. Unwind in the living area on the comfortable sofa, enjoy the flatscreen TV, or browse the selection of books and toys. Keep in mind that this is the ground floor of the building. There are other units above and next to this unit. Please be mindful of our neighbors by observing quite time after 9pm. Please be aware you may also hear noise from the neighboring units. ☆☆ PARKING ☆☆ There is 1 designated outdoor parking spot labeled \`952 Primrose Studio\`. If you have a second vehicle, you can use one of the following nearby parking options below! 1- Lot west of the building (behind the dumpster; overnight parking may not be allowed) 2- Street parking on Walnut (summer months only) 3- Grocery store lot one block away ☆☆Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered☆☆ We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay. If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip. Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess. \*\*\*We manage other properties in the area. Please inquiry with us if you are coming with a lager group\*\*\* \- Check-in/out: Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information. \- Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 9 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 9 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED. Pets: Dogs are permitted in the house. Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. Pet fees are $125 up to 2 pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighbor’s yards during their walks. Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes. We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. The decor was modern yet relaxing. The bathroom is above and beyond with extra amenities and a washer and dryer. The location is central to what's happening in Traverse City.
