This beachfront delight enjoys a wonderful location two miles from Long Lake Grocery for limited provisions and take-out pizza, five miles from Moomers Ice Cream (a local's favorite), and 13 miles from Traverse City, which offers a plethora of activities and places for visitors to enjoy, including its boutiques, galleries, cafes, and restaurants. Take a stroll along Front Street or visit the historic State Theatre. Depending on the time of year, you might catch the National Cherry Festival, held annually in Traverse City. It features parades, concerts, cherry-themed food, and various family-friendly activities. Other amazing attractions include Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Traverse City State Park, Great Lakes Children's Museum, Traverse City History Center, and golfing.

Overall our stay here was amazing. The location of the property on the lake is close to the public boat launch which was extremely convenient, and the amount of private yard and beach was great for our family. The dock on the property was maintained and convenient for our boat. The house is dated as the pictures and description state, but gave a very cool vibe
