« The owners did a fantastic job on the refurbishment of this place. The decor is cute and cheerful, and the room is spacious with nice flooring and a comfortable bed. We loved that the mini fridge included an actual freezer, too. We were visiting the area for a festival, and the location of our room was very convenient to the park and town. We hope one of these rooms is available the next time we visit for the festival. »

« Overall, we had a great stay! Nice cabin with comfy beds. Very steep driveway, with limited parking. We were very disappointed with the communication. We were asked for a email a couple of weeks before trip and told we would receive a PDF with cabin info but did not receive until the day of arrival. I had sent a couple of different messages, but no response for several days until the day of arrival. »

« I think check out t8me should be arond 11 or 12. When your on vacation, u come in from a day of pigeon forge or Gatlinburg, your tired from that long day. So you try cramming the rest of the vacation in before checking out, you are going be slow moving in the morning. Other then thar, we will be returning customers. And the location and being next door to a store, having no privacy is an issue. We will use the same company Dogwood Cabins again , just not that particular one. »

« The cabin is tucked into a beautiful, quiet setting with little to no traffic. We had 11 adults and we were all comfortable with plenty of space. The amenities were as described and the hot tub was a hit! As a whole group, the only complaint was the comfort of the beds. All of them were relatively creaky and uncomfortable, but for a couple nights they were fine. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house! »

Not what we'd hoped
"We were on a motorcycle trip and had chosen this hotel because of its swimming pool, and what a disappointment it was when we arrived to find that it wasn't open. And it clearly hasn't been open for more than a season... Apparently this is mentioned on their website, but as we booked via another platform, we didn't know. The hotel staff are very courteous and the room is large and renovated. There's an excellent restaurant just across the street and we suggest you make a reservation to avoid having to wait. When we opened the bed to go to sleep, we had the suspicion that the sheets had not been changed and this was annoying. Breakfast was very good and with plenty of choice. "
