Appart hôtel un peu excentré

En arrivant, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de rencontrer la propriétaire qui n'était pas au courant de notre arrivée et qui nous a attribué un appartement triste, humide et sombre au rdc. Après avoir téléphoné à Expédia pour comprendre la situation, elle nous a changé d'appartement et nous avons pu passer 3 jours dans celui qui est conforme aux photos et que nous avions réservé. Par chance, il était libre. A part ce couac, le séjour s'est bien passé et la propriétaire est sympa.

Very comfortable apartment. Andrea thought of everything. Lovely apartment with all the necessary facilities and a comfortable bed. Brilliant place, couldn't fault it. Would definitely stay there again if we decide to go back to Torquay.

The property was fantastic in all ways. We cannot fault Andrea’s excellent customer service. She responded promptly to any queries! Great facilities as well. Our stay was a pleasant one and will not heartily recommend to family and friends. We will definitely stay at Appletorre apartments again! On arrival at our apartment, we realised that the pictures have not done any justice, because the apartment is spacious, well ventilated, very clean and well equipped!! Customer reviews are really crucial and important as I had to cancel a previous booking due to negative reviews and booked at Andrea’s as a result of fantastic reviews that was posted as well!! Thank you.

3 nights in Torquay

My wife and I stayed in flat 2 whose front door faced onto the car park. There was a 2 seat patio chairs outside the front door. Wonderful greeting with Terri showing us all the things in the flat. Andrea also told us about the hop 12 bus which we used on both full days so the car stayed in the car park. Wasn't the weather for much outside sitting but there were benches in the garden

Gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Appartement

Wir haben eine Woche in einem 1-Zimmer Appartement mit Küche und Bad verbracht. Die Küche und der Schlafbereich befanden sich in einem Raum. Das war aber kein Problem. Die Küche war super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Das Bad war recht groß und hatte eine tolle Dusche. Alle Räumlichkeit war in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt wäre vielleicht das Bett, diese war typisch britisch sehr weich und vielleicht etwas durchgelegen. Die Besitzer und Vermieter sind super nett und stehen bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Gut war der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, weil Parken in Torquay teilweise schwierig ist.

Ruhig und doch zentral!

Unsere "Flat" war größer als erwartet. Auch war sie kühl und schattig, was uns bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr entgegen kam. Das Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit.Das nächste Mal gibt es bestimmt auch bei der Sauberkeit volle Punktzahl.

Nice flat close to everything

Good handy flat. Andrea and Peter very welcoming. Flat good has everything you need. We had one of the one bedroom with futon in the lounge nice flat. Was good we only had the 2 nights there.

Decent Stay in Appletorre Flat 8!

Stayed in Appletorre Apartment Flat 8 on a recent trip to Devon and Cornwall. The hosts, Andrea and Peter were fantastic, and very welcoming. They gave you a tour of the facilities that were available to you, as well as gave you a rundown on where your apartment is, and how to operate the amenities inside. The flat we had was in the basement, but it was private and was of a good size with a Kitchenette, Fridge with a Freezer compartment, Large Screen TV and a Queen Sized Bed. The hosts left complementary milk, sugar, coffee sachets as well as coffee beans to operate the coffee machine that was included in the room, as well as Washing Up liquid, so you did not have to provide your own which was a nice touch! The bathroom had recently been redone, and was very nice!

Stayed in Appletorre Apartment Flat 8 on a recent trip to Devon and Cornwall. The hosts, Andrea and Peter were fantastic, and very welcoming. They gave you a tour of the facilities that were available to you, as well as gave you a rundown on where your apartment is, and how to operate the amenities inside. The flat we had was in the basement, but it was private and was of a good size with a Kitchenette, Fridge with a Freezer compartment, Large Screen TV and a Queen Sized Bed. The hosts left complementary milk, sugar, coffee sachets as well as coffee beans to operate the coffee machine that was included in the room, as well as Washing Up liquid, so you did not have to provide your own which was a nice touch! The bathroom had recently been redone, and was very nice! Only niggle was that the mattress felt as if it was on its way out, as you could start to feel the springs coming through, but that's it. Otherwise, we had a really nice 6 day stay at Appletorre Flat 8!

Brilliant

it was a lovely place to stay and the owners Andrea and Peter were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. Andrea took the time to show us where we were on the map and everything in the surrounding area making it easier to navigate around. Would I stay there again and recommend it to my friends. Definitely. We will be back

Great apartment with everything you could want.

A well equipped apartment that has everything you could need, with a real feel of your very own home. The owners were amazing. Very welcoming, approachable and always wanting to improve on their service. The only disappointment was the abuse of profanities I recieved off an on site 'builder' (I use the term builder lightly). For simply raising concerns of him building less than a meter away from my car causing a light scratch, even more so disappointed to see him on site the very next day. Other than this appletorre is a great place to stay at and would highly recommend for any age or person.

Mini Break in Torquay

This is a must stay Holiday flat. It is very clean and modern and has everything you will need, lovely appartments and Andrea and Peter are very nice. Close to the sea front and the surrounding area. Has its own car park. We stayed here for a few days break and enjoy it very much and would defo stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

We were pleased we stayed in one of the apartments on our business trip. It was clean, comfortable and easy self catering when we returned after a long working day. It had just been refurbished and the bathroom was yet to be done - it would then deserve even higher marks!

Excellent accommodation

Stayed at Appletore a couple of days ago for three nights in Flat 9, beautiful studio flat on ground floor with access to the lovely garden with seating outside flat door. On arrival we were met by Andrea, a lovely helpful lady, who showed us to our flat. All the basic things you can think of are in the flat, it was immaculately clean also very comfortable, with a very well equipped kitchen area. Location is nice too, about a ten minute walk to the sea front, there is also a bus round the corner. The accommodation is a credit to the new owners. Thank you Andrea for everything, we wish you both success on your new venture.
