Chambres spacieuses très bien équipées et décorées avec charme. La cerise sur le gâteau est un SPA très fonctionnel et mignon avec des piscines et jacuzzis interieurs et exterieurs avec une vue paradisiaque. Les soins sont donnés par des des professionnels aguerris à l'image de tout le personnel de cet hôtel respirant la sérénité. »

"J’ai passé un séjour incroyable à l’Alpen Resort Hotel Zermatt. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli avec une grande chaleur et un professionnalisme exemplaire. L’établissement est impeccable, d’une propreté remarquable, et le coin piscine/spa offre un cadre idéal pour se relaxer. J’ai également eu le plaisir de dîner dans l’un des restaurants de l’hôtel, où la qualité de la cuisine et le service attentionné ont su me conquérir. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour son ambiance familiale et ses prestations de haute qualité. J’ai d’ores et déjà réservé pour mes prochaines vacances de ski, et j’espère revenir également cet été. 5 étoiles bien méritées !"
