Yes, it cheap, but it's cheap for a reason.
The place was dirt from the outside and the hallway. There was beer cans and so much trash just laying around. The rooms are indoor but for some crazy reason the door were prompt open with rocks, the doors were dirty. Under the staircase there was pillow and blankets (UNDER THE STAIRCASE of the hallway). Homeless can clearly sleep there. You can smell weed and...
