"Staff was terrible. Someone threw up near the pool and we were told by the front desk the janitor didn’t want to clean it up… the lady who’s kid threw up also offered to clean it up which they said no to as well. I asked about self serve laundry. They have it on the second floor, however I didn’t find that out until 2x running back and forth to the laundry mat off site. The front desk person told me they didn’t have one the first time I had asked. When a friend told me where it was I informed the front desk they do indeed have laundry. She was shocked to find out herself they had one. This hotel is outdated and way overpriced for the terrible service. I’ve never left a review until now."

"Floor incredibly dirty. It’s a new kiosk sign in so unable to tell anyone that the smoke detector in hall needed battery replaced. Beeped all night. Walls had something dirty Orange slimy on them. Smoke detector in room pulled down. Hair all over shower. "

"The hotel was in a great location it was clean the rooms were a good size. Had a little kitchen and refrigerator worked well. Showers were nice the water a little low pressure but nice. The beds were comfortable. The parking lot was nice we could see our car from room. The staff was friendly. The breakfast area was stocked with everything the lady kept it clean and she was friendly. The pool wasn't very warm thought it was heated. Fire and workout room nice. Very nice place we will visit again! Thanks 😊"

"They make you feel super uncomfortable by making you stand in the lobby while they search your room for anything out of place when checking out. The wifi was bad we had to connect hot spot. The breakfast was okay. The water was okay in the shower. Over all mildew smell strong in the lobby. Overall the standing in the lobby like a teenager while they searched my room gave me the heebies enough to not go back"
