I selected this room partly based on it being new construction, and I'm glad I did. Definitely one of the nicer hotels/rooms I've been in. Parking lot could have been bigger though.

Would love to give a higher review. Staff was incredibly friendly. The space was nice and roomy and the breakfast was wonderful. The issues we ran into were in the room, between the bed and wall was a pair of what appeared to be at least clean socks from a previous occupent. The shower also looked like it needed a better cleaning.

The front desk clerk was absolutely great. He made check in easy and fast. We did have a small problem with our room but it was rectified immediately with an upgrade. The hotel is fairly new so everything was clean.

The room was exceptionally clean, the only drawback was there was no remote to the TV and when we called the front desk, nobody brought one up, but they told us we could come down and get a spare remote a little disappointed on Customer Service

Staff was very friendly and attentive. I booked a handicap accessible room due to husband’s mobility and problems standing. Before arriving I was called and told none avail and it was too late for me to make other plans. It was very difficult for my husband to stand to shower without me on standby for a potential fall. Does the property only have 1 accessible room? When asked, I was told room not avail since someone else extended their stay. I am a customer too.

Housekeeping could do better, but other than that is was just ok. A bag a trash sat outside my door all night, I assume it was from the previous person in my room but housekeeping just left it. Kleenex on the bathroom vanity were wet, toilet has a pee drip, shower had stuff in the bottom.

Substantial portion of parking lot under repair with no thought given to alternative parking. No eggs at breakfast and told, “delivery truck didn’t show up.” Had to ask for a tv remote as one wasn’t in the room. Had to wait at receptionist desk EVERY TIME I visited as staff was always somewhere else. This isn’t one of the cheaper hotels to stay at in the area. Nice facility, but my visit wasn’t one of the best.

Everything was great except when we arrived the door lock system was not working so front desk staff had to let us in to our room and if we all left the room front desk staff were the only ones that could let us back in our room. Thankfully it was late and we did not plan to leave the room.

This is the worst property I've ever stayed at. There was no couch, the air conditioner didn't work, no iron or garbage bags. Garbage was left in the room and dishwasher was full of dishes.
