« Dans l'ensemble séjour (2 nuits) agréable malgré notre déception lors de notre arrivée : avions réservé une vue mer mais celle ci était presque inexistante, il a fallu attendre 1h pour accéder à notre nouvelle chambre . Puis ayant mal dormi la 1ere nuit à cause d'une famille très bruyante sur l'étage ( ils occupaient 3 chambres à coté de la notre !!) , nous avons de nouveau changé de chambre le 2e soir très tard dans la soirée , pas très agréable mais merci à la réceptionniste serviable...

« Séjour pour une nuit en attendant notre avion à 6H le lendemain. nous avons fait une simple réservation et réglé à l'arrivée, la réception c'est très bien passé, nous avons réservé un transfert pour l'aéroport à 4H00 du matin et demandé un réveil, aucun problème le transfert est un peu cher mais à cette heure matinale nous voulions être tranquille, le chauffeur était à l'heure. Nous avons mis 35 minutes pour accéder à l'aéroport, aucune circulation à cette heure. »

« Had a wonderful stay at Grand Whiz Mega Mas Manado. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located right next to the shopping center. The staff, especially Ms. Nadia at the reception, were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing with authentic Indonesian flavors (not westernized like most hotels) — really delicious! Also, it’s close to many great food spots in Manado center. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again! »
