« A bit outside of the center of Grand Hirafu village but easily walkable. You have to go uphill a bit to get to the resort. The property itself is beautiful. Ideal for 6 or 7 guests (3 couples). Full kitchen but without salt/oil/spices so brine no your own if you plan to cook. Tsubara Tsubara right next door if you want amazing Japanese curry. Staff drive us back to the Chitose bus pickup on checkout. Would stay again if traveling with a small group. »

While the location was convenient for walking to local pubs and convenience stores, and the staff was very responsive—helping us arrange a private taxi from the airport—the overall experience left a lot to be desired. « 海水浴の後に家族で使わせていただきました。 今回は12名での利用でした。 大きいダイニングテーブルがありみんなでワイワイ食事ができました。プレイルームにはビリヤードなどが出来ありとても充実した日になりました。 無人の為、チェックインはタブレット操作、チェックアウトはスマホでした。 チェックインのタブレット操作は人数が多いととても大変です。 玄関先に設置してあるタブレットを使うので西日が強烈でしたのでそれだけが大変でした。 また利用したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。 »

« Prestation niveau 4\*. Bien placé à Grand Irafu, c’est le seul coin un peu animé avec quelques magasins de toutes les stations de Niseko. L’onsen était fermé, j’ai donc eu un upgrade avec une chambre donnent sur le mont Yotei, très agréable et j’avais un voucher pour l’onsen d’à côté. »

Le spa par-contre est vraiment excellent et les bains japonais (onsen) très agréables. Personnel de l'hôtel adorable et efficace. »
