While the location was convenient for walking to local pubs and convenience stores, and the staff was very responsive—helping us arrange a private taxi from the airport—the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The biggest issue was the paper-thin walls. Our room had a sliding door that opened into the main lobby area, so we could hear everything—footsteps, conversations, and any movement from other guests. « 海水浴の後に家族で使わせていただきました。 今回は12名での利用でした。 大きいダイニングテーブルがありみんなでワイワイ食事ができました。プレイルームにはビリヤードなどが出来ありとても充実した日になりました。 無人の為、チェックインはタブレット操作、チェックアウトはスマホでした。 チェックインのタブレット操作は人数が多いととても大変です。 玄関先に設置してあるタブレットを使うので西日が強烈でしたのでそれだけが大変でした。 また利用したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。 »

Full kitchen but without salt/oil/spices so brine no your own if you plan to cook. Tsubara Tsubara right next door if you want amazing Japanese curry. Staff drive us back to the Chitose bus pickup on checkout. Would stay again if traveling with a small group. »

« We had a great time at Nest at Trees Niseko. The hotel is very new, with nice equipment. We really enjoyed the Onsen outside, it is perfect to relax after the ski. The staff is very friendly and helpful, their explanation are clear and they booked for us the shuttle bus from the airport and the ski rental (good material). The hotel is 5min drive from the city center of Grand Hirafu. It provides free shuttle every hours so it is very convenient to go there, for the ski as well as in the...

Le vrai problème est le restaurant: ne pas y diner, ce n'est pas bon, ce qui est étonnant quand on voit ce que propose le Hilton du meme groupe. Apparemment, cela est de longue date. Le petit dej est plutôt bien."
