The house was clean, plenty of space, beautiful views of the farm land, close to restaurants and some shopping, conveniently located near Starved Rock & Matthieson State Parks, and the communication with the homeowner was exceptional! Be sure to stop at Jamie's Outpost for a drink (Roadhouse vibe). The food at Canal Port is amazing and it's located in such a cute area with lots of other places to visit in Utica. »

« We were in town for a family birthday party and this house was perfect for us. They have done a great job renovating, keeping the beautiful historic features but making the home comfortable and convenient. Check in and check out were super easy. Everything was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had all the dishes for a large family and the dining room table was large enough to accommodate everyone as well. We hope to stay here again. »
