"Very quaint place with modern amenities. Mom-and-pop motel, locally owned, and well maintained. Owners and managers pay attention to every detail of the property, inside the rooms and outside. Very pleasant experience. Will definitely visit again!"
"The house and grounds were clean. The kitchen is very large and has seating for 13. The kitchen island is very large, which allows for several people to get involved with meal prep. The kitchen is well appointed. The kids had a great time exploring the beach. We played games in both the back and the front yards. The location provides easy access to Alpena's shopping and restaurants. The driveway is wide, paved, and can accommodate more than 4 vehicles. We would be happy to stay here again."

10/10 Excellent
"The newly renovated suite was very nice! It was everything we needed for our extended weekend in Alpena. Also the location! Walked across the street right to the beach. Brought our bikes and it was a perfect ride to the shops and local dining. Would stay again and again! "
"It was a nice, brand-new hotel. We booked last minute to visit family. The assistant manager was sweet and professional. This will be our top pick when traveling to Alpena. "
