One minor niggle was the poor mobile reception for the EE network from our room (102). It caused a number of important missed texts before we discovered this issue. As we had 3 members of the family in different rooms, we quickly got around the problem by using the free wifi, which was excellent throughout the hotel and conference facility. Had this anomaly been highlighted on check-in, our missed texts and calls could have avoided. Regardless, it did not affect the enjoyment of our stay, Whilst our interaction with all staff was always good, the front of house staff deserve particular mention, as we had the most dealings with them. Lel was always of great help during our stay, and was consistent in her professional, yet friendly approach to us.
