« 溫店外觀雖然舊，但服務非常好。職員詳細說明酒店各設施及早晚餐、溫泉等安排。房內有提供甜點供入住時下午享用。晚餐是懷石料理，質素都不錯，額外點的酒水價格合理。酒店內的商店都有足夠的紀念品及土產的選擇。早餐時份，職員會留意各人的座位，而調整窗簾以防住客被陽光直射。酒店亦有提供往返火車站的穿梭巴士，只不過提供服務時間與火車時間差了少少，由火車站到酒店時，需要等多於半小時。相反由酒店到火車站則只有約2分鐘時間，幸好我與職員溝通後，當住客上齊車後立即開出，結果我有足夠時間買車飛及前往月台。 »

« I don’t believe this accommodation justify the cost if you will stay at this property without dinner and breakfast. I was able to reduce the expense for a night to c. $55 by using Expedia credits equal to $30, but if I didn’t have it, I would recommend to stay another one. Far from the center of Matsumoto Nothing was around the property Nothing would be provided to kids, such as amenities, welcoming tea and snacks, basically. The only nicer point was hot spring with good scene »
